As a caterer the Hog Roast North Wales story begins well over twenty years ago now. Our founding team started out small as just a select few individuals who had been working in catering a while, but wanted to bring something more exciting to the market with their very own business. Having been around the block the team had the experience and the knowledge of the industry to recognise that options for genuine hog roast dining just were not up to the standard that they envisioned instead. They wanted to be able to make hog roasts fresh on site to make the dining experience more of an occasion of its own at the heart of events. That took them to designing and building their very own mobile roasting machine out of old machine parts. It wasn’t a perfect solution, but it got the idea out there and showed what could be achieved with a bit of work.

Fast-forward to today and those old cobbled together machines now form a whole fleet of state-of-the-art roasting machines that are used at events up and down the entirety of the UK by our many franchise teams. We opt for good, healthy, plump pigs that we know will give us plenty of quality meat with delicious flavour.
